1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Deal24×7 ("the Platform"), operated by Deal24×7 Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Deal24×7 is designed exclusively for licensed real estate professionals operating in Canada. By using the Platform, you represent that you are a licensed Realtor or authorized mortgage professional and are at least 18 years of age.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

  • Analyze and track mortgage deals for your clients.
  • Generate AI-powered risk assessments and reports.
  • Manage client information and deal pipelines.
  • Use the mortgage scenario simulator for client consultations.
  • Participate in the loyalty rewards program.
  • Access educational content related to Canadian real estate and mortgages.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or Platform systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or security features.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications.

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The AI-powered deal risk analysis, scenario simulations, and educational content provided by Deal24×7 are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or mortgage advice. All AI-generated insights should be independently verified before being used in professional decision-making. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI analysis provided by the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including design, code, logos, and AI models — are owned by Deal24×7 Inc. and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Platform.

8. Loyalty & Rewards Program

  • Points are earned based on deal activity and have no cash value.
  • Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Points and rewards are non-transferable between accounts.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.
  • Tier levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are based on total closed deals and points balance.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with PIPEDA.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal24×7 Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, though certain provisions (liability limitations, intellectual property) survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
